We collect the following information when you use PinsLoop:
- Account information: Email address and name provided during sign-up via Google OAuth.
- Website URLs: URLs you submit for crawling and pin generation.
- Pinterest account data: Access tokens and board information required to post pins on your behalf.
- Usage data: Pin generation history, scheduling activity, and feature usage for improving the Service.
- Payment information: Billing is handled by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and operate the Service (crawling, AI generation, Pinterest posting).
- To process payments and manage your subscription.
- To send transactional emails (receipts, account alerts, service updates).
- To improve the Service through aggregated, anonymized analytics.
- To respond to support requests.
3. Third-Party Services
PinsLoop integrates with the following third-party services to operate:
- Pinterest API — to post pins to your account.
- Firecrawl — to crawl and extract content from your website.
- Google Gemini AI — to generate pin titles, descriptions, and CTAs.
- FLUX AI — to generate pin images.
- Stripe — to process payments securely.
- Supabase — to store your account and application data securely.
Each third party handles data in accordance with their own privacy policies. We only share the minimum data necessary for each service to function.
4. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored securely on Supabase infrastructure. We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest. Pinterest access tokens are stored encrypted and used solely to post pins on your behalf.
5. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal data and generated content will be permanently deleted within 30 days. Anonymized aggregate data may be retained for analytics purposes.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate data.
- Request deletion of your account and associated data.
- Revoke Pinterest access at any time from your Pinterest account settings.
- Export your data in a portable format.

7. Cookies
PinsLoop uses essential cookies only — for authentication session management. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
8. Children's Privacy
PinsLoop is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with data, please contact us immediately.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
